Location Information

The Branch Library of Asian- / African Studies and Islamic Theology consists of a main library and a departmental library of Japanese studies. It contains a collection of 210.000 textbooks and 150 periodical subscriptions. The Library comprises a collection of languages, literatures, history and regional studies of Asian and African countries.
The focus is on Africa, Southeast Asia, China, Japan, India, Tibet and the whole region of Western and Central Asia.

The other focus of the library is on Islamic theology, and it offers a collection of printed literature and textbooks on Islam.
