In the Branch Library of Classical Archaeology you will find literature on Classical, Greco-Roman Antiquity and related subjects-1 as well as basic works from disciplines of Classical Studies.
A special focus of the collection is the reception of antiquity.

The Branch Library of Classical Archaeology comprises a stock of about 30,000 volumes and 55 continuously subscribed journals. In addition, there is an extensive collection of approx. 3,500 special prints.

The library holdings are freely accessible and arranged according to a subject classification system close to that of the German Archaeological Institute.
