Information for students and lecturers
In the temporary reserve collection, lecturers have the opportunity to compile relevant literature for their courses. The books are not available for loan for the duration of the course, ensuring that all students have the same access to the materials. In the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum, the temporary reserve collections are located in Area F on the second through fourth floors.

In Primus, the entire list of literature can be accessed. In the advanced search in Primus, you can specifically search for the HU course number and the HU course name. The HU course number corresponds to the event number from the course catalog of Humboldt University. In the HU course name field, you can search for both, the title of the event and the name of the lecturer.
Further informations for lecturers
If you, as a lecturer at Humboldt University of Berlin, would like your students to compile literature for your courses in a temporary reserve collection, please send this completed form with your literature requests to ub.semesterapparate@hu-berlin.de. To ensure the reading list is ready in time for the start of the semester, please send the form to the email address above by March 15 or September 15. The addition of media lists can be made at any time. Journal issues and volumes are not included at the temporary reserve collection. These are generally not available for loan and can be found at the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum on the first and second floors. They will, however, be listed in the literature and media list, just like the electronic titles.
