The number of electronic materials for the study of Classical Philology acquired by the University Library is continuously growing. They can be found through our library catalog Primus. The print materials belonging to Classical Philology can be found at the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum.
The recent unbound issues of the periodicals to which we currently still subscribe in paper form are displayed on the first floor (1. OG). The bound volumes of older periodical issues are shelved on the second floor (2.OG). Their call numbers start with the letters FA.
The diversified collection of monographs on Classical Philology is mainly shelved on the third floor (3. OG) at the call numbers beginning with the letter F in accordance with the Regensburg Classification Scheme (RVK). Since library materials for the study of Classical Philology can also be found in other sections (such as History or Philosophy) or the stacks (e.g. older and rare books) of the University Library, the use of the catalogue is recommended, if you are looking for a particular title.
