Subject Holdings in the Japanese Studies Library

Due to relocation, the Japanese Studies Library has been closed since 01.04.2024. The media of the Japanese Studies Library can still be ordered, but from April onwards pick-up and return will always take place in the Asian-/African Studies and Islamic Theology Branch Library, Invalidenstr. 118.

Mori Ôgai Memorial Library

The Ôgai collection has been built up for decades and is being stored and made available in the Mori Ôgai Memorial. This collection consists of works in Japanese and Western languages and it is shelved according to the Nippon Decimal Classification. These holdings cannot be borrowed; the collection is made up of reference books which can be accessed during the opening hours of the reading room in the memorial.

Textbook Collection in the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum

The textbook collection in the Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum houses multiple copies of important introductory literature and textbooks, including language courses. These holdings are shelved according to the Regensburg Library Classification Scheme (RVK) and can be borrowed by members of the university.
