Delivery times for magazine orders

The Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum and the branch libraries keep part of their holdings in closed stacks. These media have to be ordered. The following list provides an overview of the delivery times at the individual library locations:

Jacob-und-Wilhelm-Grimm-Zentrum

Order from the basement (online or library ticket)

  • From 15:00 h of the next opening day (Friday orders will be available from 15:00 h on Monday).
  • Collection period: 7 opening days

 

Order from the external stacks

  • When ordering until Monday 7:00 h, the delivery will be on Monday from 15:00 h onwards.
  • When ordering before Thursday 7:00 h, delivery will be made on Thursday from 15:00 h onwards.
  • Collection period: 7 opening days

 

Media Centre

  • Delivery of orders on the following day (Mon - Fri) from opening (10:00 h or 12:00 h)
  • Collection period: 14 calendar days

Erwin-Schrödinger-Zentrum / Science Branch Library

  • Usually next opening day, delivery at 13:00 h
